Cryo-Save Group N.V. - Storage results 2012

Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading
international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in
Europe, stored 35,100 new samples in 2012 (2011: 39,900 new samples).
Highlights:
* 8,300 new samples stored in Q4 2012 (Q4 2011:10,300). Of these, 4,900 were
new cord blood samples and 3,400 new cord tissue samples.
* 35,100 new samples stored in 2012 (2011:39,900). Of these, 21,200 were new
cord blood samples and 13,900 new cord tissue samples.
* 239,000 samples have been stored in total at 31 December 2012.
Arnoud van Tulder, Chief Executive officer, commented:
"We are pleased to report a 35% storage growth in India compared to previous
year. This is an immediate result from measures we implemented in India. At this
point in time this considerable growth in one of our very promising markets does
not compensate the significant decline in Southern Europe, predominantly
Spain.
"We are convinced that 2013 will be a turn-around year to regain profitable
growth, as we continue to implement measures that focus on our current markets
and core services."
