Swiss wealth management firm Helvetia Wealth AG today announced the purchase of
Mercury Wealth Management, one of Ireland's leading specialists in the design
and distribution of capital secure investments.
The deal further strengthens Helvetia Wealth's European market share as a
provider of premium wealth management services. It is the latest in a series of
investments and acquisitions in Ireland, UK and Germany by the Swiss company.
"We are continuing our strategy of growth and expansion and we believe that the
relationship with Mercury Wealth Management will further enrich our unique range
of investment options," said Kamil Stender, CEO of Helvetia Wealth.
Mercury Wealth Management, founded in 2003, is one of Ireland's leading
designers of capital secure investments with almost 2,000 clients in Ireland,
including private individuals, pension funds, credit unions, charities and
companies.

said Gareth Fahey, Founder and Managing Director of Mercury Wealth Management.
Fahey will continue in the role of Managing Director and key senior appointments
to Mercury Wealth Management's Life & Pensions division will be announced in the
coming weeks.
Helvetia Wealth entered the Irish market three years ago to provide asset
management services to private and institutional clients.
The acquisition of Mercury Wealth Management adds SFr 70 million to Helvetia
Wealth's assets under management.
