InsideSales.com Adds U.S. Patent No. 8,325,738 to Growing Sales Technology Patent Portfolio

The patent, Apparatus System and Method for Web-based Phone Services, claims technology for administration of a web-based call session and protects the use of any auxiliary function engaged during a call, including initiating a call recording, playing a pre-recorded voicemail, bridging a call, and creating a third-party conference call.
