Dundee Industrial REIT January 2013 Monthly Distribution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/21/13 -- DUNDEE INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) today announced a cash distribution in the amount of $0.05625 per Unit for the month of January. The January distribution will be payable on February 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2013.

Dundee Industrial REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust that provides an opportunity for investors to gain direct exposure to the industrial real estate sector.
