(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/21/13 -- The Board of Directors of Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. ("QIFM") announce today that Mr. Maurice Levesque, CEO and Chief Compliance Officer, has been appointed Chairman of QIFM.
Mr. Stephen McCoach, former Chairman and director of QIFM, commented on behalf of the QIFM Board of Directors by stating, "We are very pleased that Mr. Levesque accepted the position of Chairman as he brings the necessary experience and leadership qualities with over 28 years of experience in the Canadian investment fund industry."
Mr. Levesque commented, "I welcome my additional duties and look forward to working with the Board of Directors and I also want to thank Stephen for his past stewardship of QIFM.
