Ahlstrom Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9.6.2010 at 14.30
Ahlstrom Corporation, a leading developer and manufacturer of high performance
nonwovens and specialty papers, announces it will make a donation of EUR
500,000 to the capital of the Aalto University foundation. The donation is made
under the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on March
31, 2010, to support Finnish universities with an amount not exceeding EUR
500,000.
The Aalto University combines the latest know-how in technology, art and
business in a new and efficient way. Ahlstrom is looking forward to a mutually
fruitful cooperation with the university, and regards this as a good opportunity
to participate in an international network of institutions, universities and
companies.
