Silicon Valley CFO and Board Advisory Firm Continues to Prosper

FLG's newest partner, Fuad Ahmad, 43, is an experienced public company CFO with significant management and operating experience in both public and private companies.

Mr. Ahmad () has over 15 years of financial and operating experience in technology companies, as well as financings in public and private capital markets.
Formerly, Mr. Ahmad was the CFO of Sezmi, Inc., a venture-backed late stage start-up providing cloud-based turnkey video solutions for a personalized and multi-screen offerings for Telecommunications and Media/Content companies, and Network operators. Sezmi was acquired by Kit digital, Inc. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and CFO of Globalstar, Inc., where he was involved in the initial fundraising activities related to building, launching and operations of Globalstar's worldwide satellite telecommunications system, including leading its successful IPO and various public market and private financing initiatives totaling more than $1.5 billion.
