Ordina to present 2012 full-year results on 14 February

Ordina N.V. will present its 2012 full-year results in a press release to be
published on 14 February 2013 after market closing.  The Ordina Executive Board
will provide additional information on the results at an analysts' meeting at
10.30 hours on 15 February. The presentation will be streamed live via
www.ordina.com.
