Leverkusen, Germany, June 10, 2010 - Biofrontera AG announces that today the
subscription of shares in the anticipated capital increase (see ad-hoc release
of June 7) was closed at a price of 2.10 Euro per share. With the help of LANG &
SCHWARZ Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Düsseldorf, all 580,000 new shares on offer
have been subscribed. With the financing the company could raise new capital of
about 1.2 mln. Euro.
This amount will, from today's point of view, be sufficient until the filing of
the approval of the company's leading drug candidate BF-200 ALA.
