Constellation Acquires the Shares of GROUPE PCMS
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/23/13 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU), announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris"), the acquisition of Montreal based Groupe PCMS ("PCMS").
Daniel Desaulniers, Group President of Harris Quebec and Healthcare, stated, "This acquisition allows us to significantly enhance our human resource information suite ('HRIS'). Along with other PCMS products, the RH INO suite () improves our already successful HRIS offering for the Quebec market. We are very pleased to welcome the new employees and customers to our company.
