-- Major shareholder announcement for Genmab A/S
Copenhagen, Denmark; January 24, 2013 - Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announces under
reference to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act that ATP has
informed us that, as of January 24, 2013, ATP, AES and SUPP have decreased
their ownership in Genmab A/S to 5,021,346 shares, which amounts to 9.98% of
the share capital and voting rights in Genmab A/S.
