Federal Court of Australia Approves Scheme of Arrangement
14 June 2010 - Rusina Mining NL (Rusina) (ASX:RML, AIM:RMLA) and European Nickel
PLC (European Nickel) (AIM,PLUS:ENK) are pleased to advise that, on the 14 June
2010, the Federal Court of Australia approved the scheme of arrangement whereby
the scheme shareholders receive one European Nickel new share (post a one for
four consolidation) for every five Rusina shares. The Court's approval of the
scheme follows the approval by Rusina shareholders at a Scheme Meeting held on
Tuesday, 2 June 2010.
