CASSONA has once again signed a contract for Designated Sponsoring. On
February 1, 2013 the stock of CASSONA will be listed again on XETRA
Frankfurt.
Frankfurt (29 January 2013) - CASSONA (COE) informs that the CASSONA share
will be traded again on the electronic trading platform XETRA of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) on 01 February 2013. The company today has
signed a respective contract with a Designated Sponsor. 'Our shares have
been traded on XETRA until 15 December 2012', says the Executive Director
Oliver Walangitang. 'After reorganizing our listing and realizing the
quotation of CASSONA at the EU regulated market GXG Official List, we would
like our shareholders who primarily have acquired our shares via XETRA to
have the same unlimited access to trading again.'
CASSONA is an investment company and invests in reserves of natural
resources, mining projects and related infrastructure projects and focuses
on deposits in Canada, Russia and Kazakhstan. CASSONA invests as well in
European infrastructure projects and supply networks. CASSONA is a European
corporation with domicile in Frankfurt Main. The shares are listed at the
stock exchange GXG Markets and are traded at the Open Market of Frankfurt
Stock Exchange FWB and at the 'Freiverkehr' of Berlin Stock Exchange (ISIN
DE000A1C6T63).
