Ike Kolias Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of Alexander Energy Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/29/13 -- On January 24, 2013 Ike Kolias acquired 3,676,500 common shares of Alexander Energy Ltd. ("Alexander") at a price of 0.17 per share through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. After giving effect to this trade Mr. Kolias has beneficial ownership of 6,495,500 Common Shares ("Common Shares") of Alexander, representing approximately 10.4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Alexander.
There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Kolias.
Mr. Kolias effected the acquisition of common shares for investment purposes. Mr. Kolias reserves the right to purchase additional securities of Alexander or from time to time to dispose of any securities of Alexander that he may own.
