WOLFFKRAN presents innovations and classics at bauma 2013
Munich – January 2013. Brand new product innovations alongside proven classics are evidence that WOLFFKRAN will be living up to its corporate motto “All you need is… WOLFF” also this year. A new trolley jib tower crane and a newly designed cabin will be making their debuts. The recently introduced hydraulic luffer will be shown side-by-side with tried and tested best sellers. The bauma presentation of the premium manufacturer will be crowned by a milestone birthday and promises moments of historic glory.
New in the WOLFF pack: the flat-top 7032clear (firmenpresse) - Two new additions will be celebrating their premiere
New in the WOLFF pack: the flat-top 7032clear to supplement the Clear Line in the 250 mt range in two high-performance versions, combining WOLFFKRAN’s unique modular design principle with its accustomed premium quality. “The 7032clear sets new standards in assembly-friendliness and safety, and with the flat-top design we are responding to the needs of modern inner city construction sites,” says Dr Peter Schiefer, Managing Partner of WOLFFKRAN.
The newly-designed WOLFF CAB cabin, which has been in series production since mid-2012, is also celebrating its premiere. Greater comfort and innovative technical features guarantee an improved working experience and a high degree of safety.
Two WOLFFs with optimum performance in the line-up
A fresh addition to the WOLFF product range and a premiere at bauma is the WOLFF 166B, the first WOLFF with a hydraulic luffing system. As a link between the successful luffers 100B and 224B, WOLFFKRAN has introduced a new leader to the pack with regard to efficiency and flexibility with this flat-top luffing crane. When it comes to lifting capacity, the 166B also offers top performance in comparison to the competition.
The 8033cross has also been offering best performances for the past three years. First unveiled at bauma 2010, the 8033cross is experiencing a steadily growing demand in the Middle East and European markets. Positioned in the 450 mt segment, it stands out for its impressive lifting capacity, together with its agile working mode and ease of assembly, comparable to a model from the 300 mt range.
In the spotlight: the predecessors of the leader of the pack
In 2013 the spotlight is not only on modern cranes however. The basis for today’s complemented WOLFFKRAN product range and the quality products was created exactly 100 years ago by Julius Wolff and his Chief Engineer Gottlob Göbel in Heilbronn. The two of them attracted international attention on the construction machinery market with the world’s first fast-assembly tower crane and laid the foundation stone for the company’s unique success story.
