Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has approved the new prospectus
of Biofrontera AG. Consequently, the 2,000,100 common shares of the capital
increase on May 20, 2009 (former ISIN DE000A0XFUG4) and the 800,000 common
shares of the capital increase on January 12, 2010 (former ISIN DE000A1CRN13)
can be registered in the regulated market of the stock exchange Düsseldorf,
Germany. Hereafter these shares will be equated with the already listed shares
under ISIN DE0006046113.
The anticipated date for the start of trading the shares under ISIN DE0006046113
is June 17, 2010.
