On the 16(th)  of June SpareBank 1 SMN sold 230 Equity Capital Certificates at a
price of NOK 44.24.  After the sale the bank owns 11 633 ECCs. The sale is
carried out in connection with the banks program for profit sharing.
This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to §5-12 vphl
(Norwegian Securities Trading Act)
