THIN - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to prior notices regarding the exercise of Warrants in Thin
Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") and board remuneration in the form of shares
in Thinfilm.
Following receipt of payments, the share capital increases have been duly
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Exercised Warrants
for which payment is still in transit may be registered later. The new shares
will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
Following the share capital increases, Thinfilm's registered share capital is
NOK 25,763,044.67 divided into 234,209,497 ordinary shares each having a par
value of NOK 0.11. 21,387,202 Warrants remain outstanding. The Warrants are
exerciseable in the period 1 September-6 November 2010.
