February 6, 2013 (TSX Venture: IRN) – Iron Creek Capital Corp. ("Iron Creek” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Christina Cepeliauskas to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. David Miles from the Board and his appointment as the new Chief Financial Officer replacing Kevin Bales who has resigned this position.
Ms. Cepeliauskas is a Certified General Accountant with more than 15 years of financial accounting and treasury experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. Ms. Cepeliauskas also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer with Eurasian Minerals Inc., Atico Mining Corporation and Reservoir Capital Corp.
The Company also announces the appointment of Kim Casswell as the new Corporate Secretary replacing Sally Whittall who has resigned her position, and the resignation of Ralph Rushton as VP Corporate Development.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Bales, Ms. Whittall and Mr. Rushton for their contribution to the growth and development of Iron Creek.
