New Zealand Energy Announces Change to Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/11/13 -- New Zealand Energy Corp. ("NZEC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NZ)(OTCQX: NZERF) regretfully accepts Ken Truscott's resignation from the Company's Board of Directors for personal health reasons. Ken was recently involved in a serious skiing accident and is recovering from that incident.
"Ken Truscott was a founding Director of the Company, and his oil and gas expertise and insight have been invaluable as NZEC expanded from a start-up company to an oil and gas producer with operations on multiple sites," said John Proust, Chief Executive Officer of NZEC.
