SENSIO Announces Resignation of Mr. Patrick Whittingham as Director of the Corporation

(SENSIO) (TSX VENTURE: SIO) today announced that Mr. Patrick Whitthingham has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the "Board") for personal reasons. Such resignation is effective immediately.
