CFO Ammar Afif and CTO Paul Vienneau Join Merchant Warehouse to Change Payment Industry

Joining Merchant Warehouse as CFO, Afif will be responsible for shaping company strategy and financial reporting. Before Merchant Warehouse, Afif served in a dual-role as CFO and COO at NaviNet, America's largest real-time healthcare communications network. In these roles, Afif led finance, administrative, human relations, legal, product, technology, operations and provider sales. Prior to NaviNet, Afif served as CFO for Kantar Media (US) Pronto Networks, Inc. and started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Additionally, as transactions more rapidly trend toward mobile payments, Merchant Warehouse added the position of CTO. In this role, Vienneau will build on Merchant Warehouse's technology strategy to drive the continued advancement of the Genius solution. Vienneau brings more than 20 years of technology leadership to Merchant Warehouse. Most recently, he held a dual-role at NaviNet, serving as both the CTO and Senior Vice President of engineering. This role included leading the engineering, technical operations and IT departments through development to quality assurance.
