The MALCON3 control system developed by HOFMANN, the market leader for road marking technology, makes it possible to call up a multitude of marking programs. It can also check carried out markings and document collected data.
Advanced HOFMANN marking length control system MALCON3 makes road marking easier and more flexible(firmenpresse) - The advanced system permits application speeds of up to 25 km/h and impresses with its great flexibility. The operator can choose between manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic marking.
"The marking length control system MALCON3 can be deployed internationally as well because it carries out any country-specific marking type fully automatically with up to three parallel running lines," says Torsten Pape, Head of Sales and Marketing at HOFMANN.
Even line-space markings with variable beginnings and endings as well as continuous lines are possible. The MALCON3 system can also simultaneously run a second program with a variable line-gap combination to carry out special requirements such as a drain pipe for rain, for example, during the marking operation.
Moreover, the MALCON3 control unit boasts a new, modern function that exports data to a PDA. Data can be transferred directly via USB port to a computer to create invoices or to verify markings, for example.
With its advanced marking length control system MALCON3, HOFMANN once more provides very flexible and practicable innovative technology that increases the efficiency and quality of road marking work.
