Asda Money reveals that adopting a healthier lifestyle could be the key to reducing the cost of your life insurance, after research shows that poor health could act to drive up your monthly premiums(i)

Give up smoking
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) argues that smokers will normally face increased online life insurance premiums(ii), with figures suggesting that smoking could see the life insurance costs soar by between 50% and 100%(i).
