Ageas and UBS AG - Notification

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, UBS AG sent two
notifications on 22 June 2010, advising Ageas of the following:
* On 15 June 2010, UBS AG's interest in Ageas shares has exceeded the
statutory threshold of 3% and amounted to 3,61%
* On 16 June 2010, UBS AG's interest in Ageas shares fell below the statutory
threshold of 3%.
A copy of the notification forms sent by UBS AG is attached to this press
release.
