Session Focuses on a Unified Platform for Big Data Analytics

The session, titled "One Platform for all Big Data Analytics," will be held on Thursday, February 21 at 10:30 am - 11:30 am. Until recently, a defining characteristic of Big Data platforms has been that they are highly specialized. Hadoop didn't really deal with ad hoc queries, relational engines couldn't handle scale, noSQL and search engines couldn't handle SQL and none of the common platforms could really combine real-time and long-time analyses.
