Petach Tikva, Israel (June 24, 2010) - Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. ('EL3K'

security with remote management solutions announces, that on Tuesday Board
member Oded Tik resigned from the Board of Directors for personal reasons
and with immediate effect. As a result of this change, the Company's Board
of Directors now only consists of five members. The quorum of the Board of
Directors is not affected by this change.
