Dundee Industrial REIT February 2013 Monthly Distribution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/15/13 -- DUNDEE INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) today announced a cash distribution in the amount of $0.05625 per Unit for the month of February. The February distribution will be payable on March 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at February 28, 2013.

Dundee Industrial REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. Dundee Industrial REIT owns a portfolio of 158 primarily light industrial properties comprising approximately 11.4 million square feet of gross leasable area in key industrial markets across Canada.
