Eco-Tek World Wide, (OTCQB: ETEK) Completes Agreement with Argentina Distributor
(firmenpresse) - WOODBRIDGE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/19/13 -- Eco-Tek Group Inc. (OTCQB: ETEK) is pleased to announce the completion of an agreement with Clik Can-Ar Super Lubricante to represent and distribute a full compliment of Eco-Tek manufactured products within Argentina, South America. This agreement provides for exclusivity within Argentina through to May 15, 2013 with provisions for renewal subject to performance clauses. Eco-Tek Group Inc. anticipates increasingly strong revenues from Clik Can-Ar Super Lubricante with early indications suggesting a very positive response to our product lines.
