The Board of Storebrand Bank has appointed Truls Nergaard as Managing Director
of Storebrand Bank. Nergaard has since 15 May been appointed temporarily in the
position.

Nergaard comes from the position as head of the corporate department of
Storebrand Bank and has extensive experience within banking and finance.
