We would like to announce that at meetings on 28 June 2010 the Board of Trustees
of Kvinnherad Sparebank and the Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank have
given their approval to a merger of Kvinnherad Sparebank with SpareBank 1
SR-Bank.
The necessary government permits will be applied for.
