iSECUREtrac Conference Call to Discuss Deregistration of Common Stock

(PINKSHEETS: ISEC) filed a Form 15 with the Securities Exchange Commission to deregister its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and accordingly suspend its obligation to file periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 7, 2013. A copy of the earlier press release announcing the deregistration is available under the Investor Relations section of the company website.
