Riverstone Resources Inc.: Directors Approve Name Change
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/22/13 -- Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RVS) ("Riverstone" or the "Company") announces that the Company has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the Company to change its name to "True Gold Mining Inc.", which was approved by a resolution of the directors of the Company in accordance with the Company's articles. The name change will occur on Monday, February 25, 2013, and the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of market on February 25, 2013, under the new symbol "TGM".
The CUSIP number assigned to the Company's shares following the name change is 89783T102 (ISIN: CA 89783T1021). The Company understands that in certain cases a change in CUSIP number may cause a temporary interruption in electronic trading in the U.S.A. and/or the exit by Depository Trust Company from a position in the Company's common shares. Any U.S.A. shareholders that are concerned with interruption of electronic trading following the effective time of the Company's new CUSIP number are encouraged to contact their broker.
