(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/22/13 -- Canadian Oil Sands Limited (TSX: COS) (OTCQX: COSWF) (the "Corporation") today filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities the Corporation's audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 and related management's discussion and analysis. The Corporation also filed its Annual Information Form dated February 21, 2013, which includes disclosure and reports relating to reserves data and other oil and gas information pursuant to National Instrument 51-101.
