Tieto Corporation Stock Exchange Release 30 June 2010 2.30 pm EET
On 30 June 2010, a total of 3 000 Tieto's shares have been returned free of
consideration to the company. The transaction is related to the company's Share
Ownership Plan 2006-2008. The shares were conveyed in connection with the reward
payment of earning period 2008 and are now returned due to the fact that the
terms regarding service conditions of the holders were not fully met.
The company now holds a total of 548 900 own shares.
