(firmenpresse) - ALLEN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) today announced its quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on March 29, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013.
