Hartco Announces Departure of CFO

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- Hartco Inc. (TSX: HCI) today announced that Mr. Harold Gervais, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company effective immediately.

Michael Lemieux, Hartco's Secretary Treasurer, will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer until a permanent appointment is made. Hartco is initiating a search for a new CFO immediately.
