Stafford and Couplings are machined from ANSI 1018 steel and can be easily machined and welded by the user for creating all types of custom drive, motion control, and structural design solutions. Suitable for all welding processes, they are ideal for creating gears, pinions, kingpins, lever arms, brackets, supports, and similar parts.
Available in one- and two-piece styles, Stafford Weldable come in standard 1/4" to 6" I.D. sizes and weldable couplings are offered in 1/4" to 2" I.D. sizes. are also available in larger sizes and can incorporate custom modifications such as threaded bores, slots, grooves, drilled and tapped holes, and special O.D. treatments.
