Addtech acquires Finnish company within fibre optics

Addtech Industrial Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today
signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in ACC Systems Oy.

ACC Systems Oy is a technology trading company which sells fibre optic network
components- and systems to telecom operators and network contractors on the
Finnish market. The company is a leading supplier of components and systems
solutions within the fibre optics area, and constitutes an excellent complement
to the business unit MI Group, which already holds a strong position within this
technological area on the Nordic market. ACC Systems Oy has revenue of
approximately EUR 3 million.

The closing will take place 1 July 2010 and the acquisition is estimated to have
a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share during the current
financial year.
