North Sea Energy Extends IronStone Capital Marketing Contract

("NSE" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NUK) is pleased to announce the extension of the engagement of IronStone Capital Corp. to assist NSE in marketing the Company, on the same terms and conditions as originally announced on November 19, 2012.
