Valartis Group AG / Valartis Group sells 35.2% of its shopping, recreation and office complex in Algeria processed and transmitted by Hugin AS. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
In light of the impending completion of its real estate development project in
Algeria, the Valartis Group sold a 35.2% share of its shopping, recreation and
office complex in Algiers to investors at the end of June, thereby reducing its
stake from 73.9% to 38.7%.
The office, recreation and shopping complex, the first of its kind in Algiers,
is located in an attractive location in the Bab Ezzouar business quarter and
will open in summer 2010.
