Ordina CFO Bart de Jong to leave the company

Ordina N.V. reports that Bart de Jong, CFO and member of the Management Board,
will be leaving the company effective 1 September 2013. Bart de Jong has been
with Ordina for almost four years, the last three of which as CFO and member of
the Management Board. "Over the past two years, we have taken several important
steps in effecting a turnaround at Ordina. Thanks to this, we now have a healthy
balance sheet and the company is once again operating profitably," says Johan
van der Werf, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board and Bart
de Jong believe this is a good time to look for a new CFO. The Board and the
company would like to thank Bart de Jong for his valuable contribution to
Ordina.
