MS. RAIJA LEPPÄNEN APPOINTED AS EDITOR-IN-CHIEF FOR RANNIKKOSEUTU
Local newspaper Rannikkoseutu in South-Western Finland will have a new
Editor-in-Chief. The new Editor-in-Chief is Ms. Raija Leppänen who has been
acting in the role since autumn 2009 during Editor-in-Chief Juha Haapakoski's a
leave of absence. Haapakoski will return to manage his family business.
Raija Leppänen has been working in Rannikkoseutu as an editor since 1989.
Rannikkoseutu is published by Suomen Paikallissanomat Oy, a local newspaper
subsidiary of Alma Media. The company publishes 17 local subscribed newspapers
and 4 city papers across Finland.
