CMP 2013 Resource Limited Partnership Raises $65.6 Million
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- Goodman Investment Counsel Inc. ("GIC") is pleased to announce that CMP 2013 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has completed the second and final closing of its initial public offering of limited partnership units (the "Units"). The Partnership sold 65,678 Units at $1,000 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $65,678,000. The Units were offered in all provinces and territories in Canada. The Partnership is managed by GIC and sub-advised, with respect to oil and gas investments, by GCIC Ltd., the manager of the Dynamic Funds™. Dundee Corporation, an affiliate of GIC, and directors and officers of GIC purchased approximately 8% of the Units sold.
The offering was made through a syndicate of agents that was led by Scotiabank, CIBC and RBC Capital Markets and included BMO Capital Markets, Dundee Securities Ltd., National Bank Financial Inc., TD Securities Inc., Burgeonvest Bick Securities Limited, Canaccord Genuity Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc., GMP Securities L.P., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Manulife Securities Incorporated and Raymond James Ltd.
