WORLD'S LARGEST RETAILER RENEWS CONTRACT WITH XCHANGING
To continue to provide workers' compensation claims processing services for
efficient claims management
CHICAGO, 6 July, 2010 - Xchanging plc (LSE:XCH), one of the largest and fastest
growing business processors, has successfully won a contract renewal with the
world's largest retail organization. Xchanging provides worker's compensation
claims handling and medical management services for this Fortune 500 Company's
US operations. With over 1.4 million employees, this organization is the largest
private sector employer in the USA.
Xchanging has been providing workers' compensation claims processing service for
the retailer in the states of New York, New Hampshire and Oregon since 2002.
Xchanging's New Hampshire processing centre, located in Whippany, NJ was
declared the 'Small TPA Office of The Year' by the retailer for delivering the
highest service standards in processing claims for its injured workers.
