Helijet Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/01/13 -- Helijet International Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HJI) (the "Company") as previously disclosed in its quarterly disclosure MD&A, Helijet has granted an aggregate of 1,566,400 common share purchase options ("Options") to employees and management which have a ten year term until September 1, 2022, and of which 311,200 were granted to insiders. All of the Options have an exercise price of $0.10 per share and have vesting requirements over a one year period from September 1, 2012.
