New IR responsible for RomReal

RomReal hereby announce that Mr. Harris Palaondas will take over the IR
responsibility from Mr. Ulf Lund who has been acting as the Company's IR
representative since November 2008. Mr. Harris Palaondas (35) has significant
experience in real estate operations and consultancy in Romania. He holds a
Master of Science in Risk Management, Operations and Regulation from the
University of Reading, UK.
The change in IR representative will be effective from the 16(th) of July 2010.
RomReal would also like to thank Mr. Ulf Lund for his excellent efforts during
his period as IR representative.
