Bonterra Energy Corp. Announces Cash Dividend for February 2013 Payable March 28, 2013
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/13 -- Bonterra Energy Corp. () (TSX: BNE) announces that the February 2013 monthly cash dividend will be $0.28 per share (a two cent increase from the previous month) and will be paid on March 28, 2013. The record date for the dividend is March 15, 2013, and the ex-dividend date is March 13, 2013. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
Bonterra Energy Corp. is a conventional oil and gas corporation with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. The shares are listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "BNE".
