Mr. Capuano has more than 24 years of experience in Network Operations and Engineering, including extensive experience in business and network integration.

Mr. Capuano previously held the positions of Chief Technology Officer at Unite Private Networks, Chief Operating Officer at Veroxity Technology Partners, and Vice President Engineering and Operations at RCN Metro (formerly NEON Communications and Globix Corporation). In these roles, Mr. Capuano led all functional aspects of telecom engineering and operations as well as marketing and business support.
