Lucotch is an accomplished industry veteran and a proven leader in several disciplines: technology, analytics, health marketing, process management, and outcomes optimization. His expertise will contribute significantly to the development of QualityHealth's next generation performance-based marketing platform to continue to deliver superior impact for results-oriented marketers.
Lucotch brings over 20 years of cross-competency experience to QualityHealth. Lucotch was most recently Chief Technology Officer at Rosetta, a consulting-centric interactive agency owned by Publicis, where he led a 400+ multi-geography team to deliver multi-channel personalized marketing solutions to clients across several industry verticals while driving nearly half of the agency's operating income. He was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Operating Committee and a valued mentor to a number of the company's star performers. Prior experience at Rosetta (and previously at SimStar, acquired by Rosetta) include heading up the Solution and Technology Strategy practice, the Relationship Marketing Services and Mobile Solution areas and running all of Marketing Operations for the agency.
